We are engineering and building single/multi cavity tooling for the custom-made contract with the production at our side or export to the customer at your choice. Our hard steel moulds are done by the material 2738, NAK80, 718, S136, P20, etc. or upon customer's special request, for press size from 80 to 250tons. We service our customers by our qualified OEM products in telephone, computer, automotive, industrial, end-use market, realia, etc. All moulds are done by MasterCAM computer control. CAD files from ProE, AutoCAD or in IGES format is also available for us. Our lead times are flexible, ranging from 30 to 40 days as normal term.
